Build an Online Store

Hi, I need to modify an existing project e-commerce: sylius to do what I want ([login to view URL]). I think is the best choice to create a flexible application (using symfony). The system is an e-commerce with different warehouses, with 3 different users: superadmin, warehouses and final clients. Warehouses are our clients and they should have the possibility to upload all their products: there is an admin panel only for warehouse (sign in, sign out, insertion of all data, etc.). When they add a product we request these fields: -brand ([login to view URL]) -model (ex.973) -code of the brand -color code -description color ([login to view URL],blue etc.) -size, pair, quantity -price of warehouse (is the price that warehouse would to gain) -description of article -photos (also more than one) -choose category -price list -when the warehouse add brand, model and code it should appear somewhere a result obtained by amazon api ([login to view URL]) with photo and price of product (if warehouse doesn't load the photo would be perfect if we can take amazon photo) -at the end appear also the price with VAT. If there's a product already in the store uploaded by another warehouse and a warehouse trying to upload same product but with a higher price automatically changes to the lowest. Any warehouse can modify their product. !important: In the edit product option for warehouse they can change the number of products because they could sell their items in their store. After uploading of the products, all will be saved but not published; then superadmin will be notified of uploads. Superadmin in his panel can see all products charged and can revise or confirm articles. Revision of an article: if there are problems the superadmin choose the revision option and product stay unpublished. Superadmin is obliged to write a description of why and send it to the warehouse. Optimize shipments: if I'm a final client and I buy a pair of shoes the carrier will be sent to the warehouse nearest to me that have the product. What can do the superadmin: -see a list of all warehouse registered and approve them, modify etc. -access to the list of items uploaded by warehouses. -in the list of products he can see price choosed by warehouse, margin and vat price. +manage orders: -once a final client order a confirmation e-mail arrived to superadmin, final client and a request ddt to warehouse (to leave the product to us). -another mail will be sent to warehous to remaind to prepare the order within 12 hours. -another mail will be sent to the carrier with the address, name etc. of the article. -next an invoice will be sent to the final client and to the superadmin. -superuser will need a section with a list of orders where he can reprint orders. -at the end of the month a payment will be sent to all the stores that have sold items. -superadmin can also manage final clients registered to the store (modify, see informations etc.) !important: cost of shipment will be included in the final price of an article. This is a big project with a lot of work. We can do some things, graphics but we need a team that can work with us closely to the project. We've 4/5 months to do the job. We also have old same project wiritten in php by others, but is an horrible code... later we will also need experts in SEO.
