Build an Online Store in Quotation/Catalog Mode

I wanna develop a custom project based on any opensource e-commerce platform or whatever the developer recommends to make the execution cheaper and easier to be done. I already have the logo of my project. Basicaly my store will not sell anything. It will work like a catalog of services, building materials and man labour of civil engineering construction. Here is what i need: -ability to create products made from the combination of already registered products of the store for example i will create a product called wall and it will be made by adding cement, sand, man labour and each product added to the combination must accept 2 decimal digits of quantity. -eliminate everything related to checkout, price comparison and instead of add to cart we will have only add to quote cart. -social media login -ability to be translatable to portuguese-br -Adequate my store theme for something like this [login to view URL] It has to be fully responsive and follow the logo attached. How many products you are willing to have? No more than 500-600. how many categories would you like to have implemented in your site? No more than 20 In how many countries you would like to launch your e-commerce? Just in brazil. I can do the translation by mysef. Will the "cement" "sand" and "man labour" be a products and "wall" be the bundle of these products? Exactly this. The wall will cointain all products and labour need to make 1m2 of wall. Will the bundle be made from one supplier materials? The bundle will be no more than a commom product. In civil engineer we call it service. For example to make 1 m2 of hot asphalt, we can determine the materials and labour need to do so. The bundles will be made various products already in the database of the store. Its the same if you sell a box with 1 iPhone 7, 1 ipad, 1 camera. The total price of this box will be the sum of the items. When sending the quotation to the suppliers, the system will have to sum the quantity of equal items even if they are inside bundles, like a list. Suppliers will be registered like users but only in the admin section. i Will provide their full information like official name, comercial name, addresses, latitude, longitude, emails, logo, description, telephones, categories they sell, etc. The aim is only to eliminate the conventional checkout proccess and instead of paying with real money, the system will email the items of the cart to all suppliers according to the cattegories of the products. We only have to remove everything related to the payment once i will not sell anything. My store will be more like a catalog. I want the system to registrate the quotations send by the users in the admin section. I am betting on this project because here in brazil we have lots and lots of building materials stores and the prices varies a lot. I will feed database with the mean prices building materials and man labour of my city just to show the customers and ideia of how much will they spend on their building as its extremelly difficult to obtain the quotation because its a time consuming task as 99% of the stores dont have online stores. So customers inevitably have to go from store to store quoting to find the best place to buy. The suppliers will not have to use my store as interface to respond qutotations. My objective is only to send the suppliers what the users are looking for and the let them conclude their negotiation.
