Hi! I hope this proposal finds you well, and I hope you will consider me for this project. I am currently a college student majoring in computer science and I have recently become proficient in web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This is actually my first proposal on this site, but I feel that I am more than qualified for the project. For one, I have experience with websites on Squarespace, so the environment is familiar to me. I also would definitely be able to add the desired upload feature, as I implemented a very similar functionality from scratch at the internship that I worked this past summer. Now that my internship is over, I have ample time to complete this project, so delivering it quickly would be no problem at all.
