Create a web application to replace our excel sheet

Dear Coders, My name is Geordy and looking for a developer that can help me build a new web based application for our company. One of our core activities is performing health checks and creating reports for our clients by measuring several physical factors. Since our current application is end of life and unsupported we now use an Excel sheet in which we store the data but have concluded that we want this tool to be accessible via a web application. General application description So what we need is an web application that can replace the Excel sheet that we use at te moment and gain the benefits working with a web client / database and the extra possibilities. Via the web application we will be able to create/add a new user, then have a couple of screens (data entry steps) where we can add the users data and eventually this tool will do some calculation and produce a report based on all the geometric lines and variables. It also creates an dashboard overview. The challenge in this application is working with graphs and understanding a lot of how the calculations work and how results are being produced. The coder that I need and will choose really need to know his excel stuff. We also want to have the advantages of working with a database so we can store the results and look and get them back later. The ability to give access to our customer to see their personal score. And be able to create reports on a company of department view (the average score of the users from one department) The development of this tool is going to be done in multiple projects each with their own set of specs and requirements. Therefore we need a clean, transmissible coding in case we have to add or change features later.
