I have reviewed the websites and for the bid that I placed, it would be preferred that the site looks more like The Bergen House or Waterbridge 47. The first one looks too basic and would not look good for who you may want to appeal to. The 2nd one is okay, but not as smooth as the other two. Best bet is to go for something that will integrate any social network accounts that you would have and gives visitors easy access to contact information. This can be done by making sure that those components are on the front page and as many pages as possible (as that helps with search engine optimization)
