website to process reports

build into a current website. need a back end quoting system, clients can summit into for a job, system auto emails out a quote, email has term and conditions etc also sends email to 2 other address informing them about the job(need to be able to edit the addresses they are sent to) client clicks on a button at the bottom on the email "click here to confirm you accept the job" jobs will then go onto a list, the jobs will have a few different status "waiting on acceptance" "assessment" "report" "job complete" it should also keep a running total of the days from the date the job was booked in you should be able to click on different status and see only the jobs in that status. when clients are making a booking from the website, they will send the normal "name" "address" "phone" "email""other info" and a "plan" (the plan is a file in PDF and jpg format)also a field for "GPS information" all this info will be linked to the job/quoting list and can be seen by clicking on the job. the job is given an auto invoice number. from the invoice list, you will be able to click on a google map, this will show the location of all jobs that have not been completed. you can click on a job to see more information about that job. on the map you will also see the total number of days from the date the job was booked. also need another screen to take over the phone bookings, same info as website bookings (admin login to setup jobs etc) system should keep a record of all clients/email address and be easy to export the addresses for use in mailing lists. system should track what location the job came from, website A or, phone booking part (2) (website that can make reports- see the [login to view URL] to see what the report should look like after all the data has been entered and the map/overview done i should be able to click on a job. then enter data on site/out in the field (this website will be accessed on an ipad) please take a look at the attached overview-map image to see what the i want to be able to make on this website. the map that goes on the reports should be in this format need a way to draw the overview-MAP on the website. each overview will have a few plots upto 6 in total each plot will have the data entered in the fields listed below i should be able to enter/edit a number of fields "vegetation class" "distance from site" "slope" with this data it can lookup from a table and return the correct result. (the rating) this data will then go into the report and the overview-map i should be able to upload a plan (in the booking system) then this plan will auto place into the report. once all the data has been entered the report will be made in PDF format and emailed to the client (who was entered on the booking sysytem) please ask questions if this has not been cleared.
