Customer Contact GUI with datbase and print capabilities.

We need a GUI that will allow our workers to input the following information into available fields: We will supply you with the fields that we need - some will be form entry some drop down. In addition to the above we would need the ability to Add/Edit fields when necessary. At the top of the GUI we need an Add New button which will allow us to fill in the above information in to blank fields. We also need an Import function that will allow us to import records into the database. There will need to be a search or list function that will allow us to put in the last name of a student and their record will appear for editing. If no record exists the user will select Add New and a new record can then be added to the database. After the information is added or checked or edited - we need a button at the bottom that says Sign In. This will save the information to the database and then print out a label to a Dymo Label Printer. The label size will be 2 1/8 " x 2 3/4". The label will need to include the Student Name, School and a BarCode and Number that matches DUC Reference. It will also need to include the Sitting Level and a Time Stamp. The number of labels printed will correspond with the sitting level. The record entries will need to be sorted by School. When we pick a school from the drop down we only want to be able to view and search records from that school. An export option will also be needed. This program can be done using any platform but will need to be used offline with no internet access. The design of the GUI is not that important - but should look clean and nice and will incorporate our logo and company name.
