Create WordPress Plugin to Append Textdomain to all Theme Files(repost)

I need a WordPress plugin that will add a textdomain to any and all gettext functions found within the files of a WordPress theme. Upon installation and activation, the plugin will create a new page in the WordPress administration panel. On that page, the user will find a field in which they can enter a textdomain name of their choice. There will also be a submit button. Once the textdomain name is entered and the user clicks the submit button, the plugin will append the user's chosen textdomain name to any and all textdomain functions found within the files of the active WordPress theme. If a textdomain name is already present in any of the gettext functions, the plugin should replace that textdomain name with the user's chosen textdomain name. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
