Android & iPhone IOS Call Screening App

**Scope** The identity of the software for the purposes of this document is Call Screening Utility for Android and iPhone Smartphones (CSUAIS). ** Application Functions** 1. Allow the user to create a whitelist of contacts to allow call screening. 2. Contacts can be originated within the application or selected from an existing list on the phone. 3. Any call or text message from a whitelist contact will ring the phone or sound an alert on the phone, even if the phone is set to vibrate or silent 4. For any incoming call or text message from a contact not on the whitelist, the phone will remain silent or only vibrate, depending upon which setting is selected. 5. Incoming calls and text messages from non-whitelist contacts will also cause the phone to remain silent even if the phone is set to an audible tone. **Benefits and Objectives** Allows the user to prioritize contacts so that only important, urgent or emergency calls in environments or situations that discourage frequent phone ringing and sounds; e.g., church, courtroom, movie theater, or business meeting. Calls and text messages from contacts that are lower priority will not cause the phone to make any audible sounds, allowing the user to address lower priority contacts at a later time.
