Configure HMA and Noip(or alternatives) on my Windows 2008 R2 Remote Desktop

This should be a fairly simple job, I need a Windows 2008 R2 server configured to work with HMA VPN(Hide my ass)/Open VPN so that I can login on it with Remote Desktop. I also need to be able to login while HMA/Open VPN is rotating IP addresses every few minutes. This will require a DNS service like NoIP or some other type of DNS setup. I have domain names available for this use. I have HMA working on the server already, as well as NoIP. The problems is that when the IP rotation feature is enabled and rotates the IP address, I am unable to login through the NoIP domain via remote desktop. I am still able to login via the new IP address, however. I would like this issue fixed so I can login to the server regardless of what IP address it has currently rotated to. Another issue with NoIP is that it does not update the IP address instantly and there is a 5 minute delay between updates, I would like this update to happen instantly, either through the NoIP upgraded service or something else. I am open to alternatives for NoIP(such as DNS setup directly on the server), but I would like to keep HMA VPN unless you can propose a better solution with more IP addresses at the same price.
