I need an individual or team to create an online directory of 500 doctor listings on a WordPress website. The data entry process is very straight-forward and detailed below. Only bids, which start with the words "I have read your brief :-)" will be considered. I look forward to your bids. ------------------------ The data is sourced (copied) from existing online doctor directories. The data is then entered (pasted) into a wordpress interface using the following data entry process: 1. Use the publicly available websites [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] as information sources. NB - you will be creating listings for two countries. A key for the number of doctors per city will be provided. 2. Login to our WP website will provided 3. In addition, google-search the Doctor’s OR practice website 4. On the WP site, fill the following info into the text fields: - Email: copy / paste contact email - will be provided - Title: copy/paste Doctor or practice title + 1st name + surname - Working hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday) - Tags: please Doctor specialisation and check and tick all relevant tags - Location: - copy/paste the Doctors' address into google map widget search bar - make sure you include Street Name + Street Number + Town + Post Code + State. - Example: [login to view URL] - Cover Image: - google-image search the doctor. Then cut/save the image, name the image according to doctor and upload to listing: 0.1 USD Bonus per individual picture. - if no image can be found via google search, use silhouette from WP media library. - Post Category: select the 1 available category - Address: copy / paste from website listing OR practice website - Phone: copy / paste from website listing OR practice website - Website: copy / paste practice website URL - press “SUBMIT" 5. log into [login to view URL] (username + pw = tbc) - go to “products" - identify “pending post” - ensure info is complete by previewing post - optimise (Yoast) SEO info - focus keyword is Doctor or Practise name - Description - copy/paste 1st sentence from health engine listing OR website. Ensure correct length of Title and Meta Description so Snippet preview is correct (ie. sentences and words are not cut short) - press “PUBLISH"
