Design only, no coding required: select and configure multiple plugins for complex Wordpress site targeted to a Russian-speaking audience

I am looking for a Wordpress guru familiar with payment gateways popular in Russia and other ex-USSR countries. I own two domains -- [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], and I'd like to set up a service similar to the one offered by [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], but specializing in (you guessed it) romantic dedications to loved ones. More precisely, I was thinking of setting up such service on the [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] subdomains. At this point I only need an expert advice on the best way to configure this service based on the requirements outlined below. There is no coding to be done for this project -- just consultation, however going forward, depending on your advice, I may need to contract you to implement some tasks that I am not skilled enough to implement myself. Once again, I’d like to re-iterate, the only deliverable for this project is a document suggesting the approach to configuring a WP instance that would implement all the features described below. The document should include: -- a list of plugins I would need to install (I am looking for specific plugin names, so instead of saying “you’ll need a membership plugin” the document should recommend a specific plugin name and justify this selection, for example – “I recommend plugin X for membership functionality because it supports WP Network integrates with Interkassa” ) -- high-level configuration changes I’d need to make to default WP installation (such as enabling WP Network) -- a suggestion of a payment system that I can use to process payments -- a high-level description of custom modules that would need to be built to fill in the missing functionality not provided by the plugins The whole document should be no more than 1-2 pages long. More about the website I am trying to build: If you navigate to [login to view URL], you will see the beginnings of the implementation of my idea, which is to sell, for a small fee, vanity email addresses such as "agrippina @ [login to view URL] " and blogs with urls such as "[login to view URL]". Implied in that, I need to implement some sort of e-commerce functionality supporting one of the popular Russian payment gateways that would be tied into membership functionality with wp network support to enable account expiration and deletion after the paid period expires. While I was able to find plugins that enable each of the pieces of the overall concept, I cannot figure out the right combination of plugins that would do it all. I also realize that such combination of "off the shelf" plugins may not exist and I may need to do some custom coding, but from the cost and maintenance prospective I'd like to keep it to a minimum. I also realize that automatic provision of email addresses may not be possible or easy to do, so I am willing to accept the fact that it needs to be done manually. Here are the things I've considered so far: 1. Wpmudev's Pro Sites plugin. Pros: most of the desired functionality comes out of the box. Cons: no integration with Russian payment systems, a lot of localization work, excessively complex sign-up interface for the novice users. 2. Combination of Woocommerce and Paid Memberships Pro plugins (the setup I've started to construct now). Pros: there is a plugin available to integrate Woocommerce with Interkassa, the ordering interface can be fairly straightforward. Cons: no integration between Woocommerce and membership plugin. I am also looking into Wpmudev's Easy Blogging plugin to simplify the creation of blogs for new users, but it's just a side not since I can always add it to any kind of setup. In order to apply to this project, please mention relevant projects you have worked on in the past, specifically highlighting in what way your previous work was similar to the tasks I am trying to solve.
