Our company is looking for an organised and efficient virtual assistant to help the Managing Director with a range of tasks in a rapidly expanding consulting/creative business. This is a great opportunity for a part time virtual assistant to grow with a company in a fun work environment as part of a growing team. Key responsibilities include: - Provide administrative support to the Managing Director. - Proactively manage calendars and appointments, including scheduling of meetings and agendas. - Compose, proofread and manage email from a variety of clients. - Manage time effectively to meet and exceed deadlines. - Writing and proofreading of proposals, bids and reports. Desired skills and experience include: - Excellent written and spoken English skills. Ability to understand Australian slang is preferred. Must be able to communicate across the team and to external stakeholders. - Excellent computer skills. - Ability to use G Suite / Gmail to reply to emails. - Ability to communicate via Slack and Skype. - Basic ability to upload content to WordPress. - Basic project and task management via Asana or Trello. - Tech savvy. - Resourceful and flexible, able to solve problems. - High level of attention to detail. - Ability to 'manage up' to keep yourself and those around you organised and on task. Preferred but not essential skills include: - Ability to post social media content to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pintrest. - Technical writing ability for bids and proposals. Experience using Proposify would be beneficial. - Google AdWords and Analytics experience. The successful candidate will start with 10 hours a week of email and administration tasks, and if desired there is scope to learn other parts of the business including AdWords and WordPress.
