I propose do not need to change Wordpress core file. We need to find the exact malicious code usually injected on your javascript file. Usually its written using dbase64 and normal we could not read the code. Remove the code, install Wordpress plugin to log last user login. Change admin password or possible hacked account ( last login ) password.
