Data Feed or CSV file feed to Virtuemart and xml document

i have a website built with joomla as a CMS and virtuemart as a store, i have a supplier that has product feeds i want these feeds inputting in to virtuemart so that there products will appear on my website also so that then can place orders. the website is fully functional. i also require when a customer places an order i need a xml order form created so that this can go direct to my supplier. (i am a drop shipper) i will need all the products and categorised as per my supplier. Also there is a a import section part set up which another freelancer did not finish they did not seem to understand what i wanted please ask if you are not sure. Product feed from suppliers website this is then imported in to my virtuemart store which list products and title descriptions etc. i then want when a customer places an order through vm i need a XML document creating so i can send to my supplier and complete the order.
