Creative Kitchens is a community interest start up business based in Los Angeles, committed to helping entrepreneurs in low income areas become successful in the commercial food industry by providing a working commercial kitchen space available for lease, and at the same time providing career development for early entrepreneurs in this industry.  Creative Kitchens is designed to help emerging entrepreneurs in the food industry expand their creativity, and develop their recipes surrounded by industry experts, leading to the development of successful wholesale food brands or retail businesses. Creative Kitchens will allow these businesses to increase efficiency and food processing within an affordable concept.   Creative Kitchens is proposing to open a Commercial Food Processing facility in an economically challenged area of Los Angeles to promote community development and residents of the community to to  pursue culinary careers and promote their own business ideas.  This will be achieved by attracting private capital into these low- income communities and the establishment of the Creative Kitchens business internship and product development mentoring program. A study conducted by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in 2010 found that there were 46 areas within Los Angeles City where they designated as extremely economically disadvantaged earning less than $32, 000 annually.  Our Team is searching for an excellent writer and research professional to complete the New Martket Tax Credit application.
