About me: Background in finance and technology, contemplating change in investment strategy. On account of work-commitment unable to complete simple research required to effect a high quality decision. About you: Demonstrable experience, at least 5 years in Investment Analysis/Research, preferably with a major firm. Ability to package and communicate output of your analysis. What Success Looks Like: (1) Demonstrate accurate 50+ year backtest of 'All-Seasons' mix within Australian Market; (2) Recommend, with evidence, AUD exchange-traded securities to mirror All Seasons mix. Deliverables: (1) Short-form presentation (up to 3 pages) of summary findings and recommendations; (2) Financial model - portfolio backtest, citing sources and assumptions; (3) Financial model - instrument recommendations, citing all sources and assumptions; (4) Tracking error analysis for recommended instruments. Expectation is that we spend 2 x 30 mins to ensure requirements and expectations are agreed in advance. All Seasons Access Mix: 40% Long Term Government Bonds; 15% Short/Intermediate Government Bonds; 30% Stocks; 7.5% Blended Commodities; 7.5% Gold.
