Fusion Electronics is a business that sells consumer electronics online. We are looking for an organized, responsible and efficient individual to join our small office team. The Bookkeeper Position This is a regular part time position,. Your day will be fast paced and full of variety. As our Bookkeeper, you will: -Maintain, run and file Accounts Payable -Maintain accurate Balance Sheet account reconciliations (including credit cards and bank reconciliations) -Maintain aged Accounts Receivables -Reconcile monthly bank accounts and other General Ledger accounts -Monitor/maintain integrity of accounting records -Other duties as assigned by President -Month and Quarterly close -Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliation Qualifications and Requirements: -5 + years of experience in bookkeeping; -AA degree in Accounting or equivalent courses - Payroll processing experience; knowledge of payroll taxes and laws -Expert computer skills using Excel; Good knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs (Word, ------PowerPoint, Outlook) -Previous experience with accounting software; Quickbook -High degree of accuracy and attention to detail -Ability to problem solve effectively and multi-task efficiently -Ability to work on deadlines and independently -Strong accounting skills -Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people -The ability to work on deadlines and independently -Strong sense of organization, staying focused and efficient -FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT ABILITY TO MULTI TASKS MULTIPLE PROJECTS -Self-starter with ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
