Affiliate Manager

We are seeking an Affiliate Manager to join the team. You will be targeting prospective new affiliates, as well as working with existing affiliates to help further develop online marketing efforts. The position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and aggressively growing our Affiliate channels. This position will work closely with our marketing team and will be responsible for developing the overall strategy and direction for each program, develop new partnerships, and drive engagement of existing relationships. The position will act as the primary liaison with all Affiliate Networks and Paid online marketing vendors. Responsibilities Include: Find and develop affiliates leads and relationships Manage numerous affiliates through daily email, Skype, phone interactions, and conferences Deliver proactive account management by providing business solutions to clients, as well as offering ideas/methods of increasing revenue through unique marketing programs Implement and drive strategies to grow revenue from affiliates Analyze affiliate performance and take proactive measures against declining quality or fraud Use the Internet to research competition, competitive issues, products, and industry trends Travel to trade shows and affiliate visits as needed Requirements: Experience in a sales or marketing field with strong negotiation skills Confident demeanor and high comfort level interacting with all personality types Demonstrated, effective communication and influencing/negotiation skills Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in fast paced environment Strong analytical skills Insatiable desire to learn and ability to adapt to changing routines and software Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly via phone and email About Us: We are an all-in-one online publishing company that specializes in our own in-house digital information offers.
