Build me app which can select the list and auto generate quotation if pdf

Hi, I got an idea, but I not sure whether it is belongs to your category? 1. I have few different price list for my regular customers. 2. After discuss with my client, I need a app which can select the template (designed based on the individual price list), and click on the jobs required, one by one. 3. It will automatically generate a running quotation number and convert into pdf format. 4. The pdf copy can send out to my client and my admin. The draft copy will save to my server. 5. If there is any amendment, anyone can access to revise it. This will not use by 1 person only, maybe more than 3 persons at the same time. And it can be app or web base. Please guide me.
