This project is consisted of two parts:
(1) Render a word file into a editable PDF: we have a typeset word document that needs to be rendered into a PDF document. The typeset document contains internal links: i.e. citation to the bibliography, notes in the main text linked to respective figures and tables. These should all be properly maintained in the PDF document. Please know that this is not a simple conversion, we tried it in-house, and the converted PDF always introduced a lot of spaces and errors, which made it too difficult for us and have to seek for external expert help.
(2) Proofread: we have the original manuscript (none-typeset) to be compared with the typeset document, and make sure that the typeset main text contains no error, all citations/references are correctly inserted.
