“The Keto Cookbook.”
A ketogenic diet cookbook
Content:
As we will be focusing on non-fiction books the title will nearly always give away the overarching direction of the book. I will always provide a little more info on the general direction though.
Please, do not hesitate to suggest other directions though. I love back-and-forth between myself and my writers. If you have ideas on content etc. please let me know, generally I’m always happy to trust my writers and I can’t wait to see what you put together!
Always use your judgement, but here is some things I would like included - unless you think otherwise, and again, if you do just let me know.
These are not in any particular order. These are just my musings so they are listed just in the order they pop into my head. These are also not necessarily individual “chapters”, again just use your best judgement and expertise on putting it together.
- Introduction (benefits of Ketogenic diet. Reference to some real researches, not some person’s opinion);
- Menus and shopping list;
- Recipes for breakfast, snacks, souses;
- Recipes with chicken, pork, lamb, beef, fish and seafood;
- Original ketogenic recipes with different ingredients;
- Each recipe should have image, cooking time, portions, ingredients, calories, carbohydrates, proteins and fats;
- Conclusion.
I would also like you to focus on writing in a way that teaches the reader how to cook, the information and how-to’s should have actionable tips that they can take away from the book.
Ideally the amount of fluff/rambling should be kept to a minimum. This comes back to giving the reader value and giving them actionable takeaways.
Things to Note:
Quality always comes before quantity. I prefer short, awesomely written and full of great value books than books filled with endless drivel.
Remember the point of the book is always to give VALUE to the reader. Value, value, value. The reader should come away from the book knowing exactly how to gain the benefits/get the results described in the title.
