I would love to work on this project! I have a university diploma in Creative Writing plus an active and slightly silly imagination, so kids are my natural target audience. I also grew up in a family of schoolteachers, and have absorbed some of that instinct for what makes a clear, engaging and memorable lesson, and how to pitch things to different age groups. For example, if your books are going to be illustrated, I will write something that lends itself to exciting or funny pictures. I actually wrote a story for one of my sister's lessons a few years ago (Now lost, but it was about an alien who was having a bad day on his crazy planet and needed a holiday, the idea being that the kids could then write travel posters for Earth!) and she said all the kids were talking about it at recess, which is surely the sign of a successful lesson!
