Hello, VoIP: I will install Elastix or FreePBX based on CentOS linux server. All requested requirements are easy to implement. We can use existing record to play before call will be forwarded, or record new one. German Vioce Promts are existing. We will download them from public sources. All record will be recorded. Call Detailed Information will be provided and statistics as well. FAX working fine with correct type of ATA. For call groups queues will be used. Different balancing algorithms are supported. Firewall: If you would like nice web interface I can propose 2 solutions - RouterOS (mikrotik), pfSense. Both support powerful web based and cli interface. RouterOS is cost 30$. pfSense is free and based on FreeBSD. Also we could use VyOS but this distro doesn't contain web based interface. I'm situated in Czech Republic so we are in the same time zone.
