Need a las vegas attoney who deals with custody issues asap

My sister has just lost custody of my niece, I am not sure the exact details of what has happened court document attached and I though in las vegas one parent was never granted custody of another it was always preferred that both parents shared custody of the child. my niece was removed from school today by the father and my sister has no clue what is going on. I currently reside in Australia and am trying to find a solution to help my mother and sister.
