My name is Yvonne (first name) and I am working on a business plan for a client and need to add suitable design to the development that is proposed. I have experience in ACAD but not the 3D side of it. As I am working on this myself I do not have a large budget for the job. Hopefully I can find someone to work with me on this. From available ACAD floor plan (converted from pdf file) I need a 3D design made for a high rise apartment block. Needs to have a modern & colourful outlook. If you are interested, please show me some of your work done on a similar project, give me an idea on the time frame and if you can work inside my budget. The job is dependent on the clients decision to go further with me, so the job wont start before the 15th of April but may need to be done around that time in a few days. Just in case the planning changes for the area, we may need to be able to increase/decrease the height of the building so it would be good to have the design adaptable to that. The footprint is an L-shape with the current design allowing for micro apartments of ca 20m2 each PS: the insides do not need to be visible through windows, only an idea / impression is needed for the external design of the building.
