4 houses condominium in the mountain

We seek an architect who will be in charge of designing the initial house-plans for the following project: A- 4 houses in 5500 square meters - They should be 100-130 m2 each - the 4 houses need to be grouped in 2 groups to be legally declared as 2 instead of 4. B- Ground movement planning for cars to have a pathway to reach each house C- Ground minimum movement for the houses themselves to be built Here's a Pinterest dashboard as a reference of the style we have in mind [login to view URL] Each house must have a terrace connecting the living room and small garden. It’s a plus if the kitchen has access to the terrace’ barbecue area. Minimum ground movement, including pathway for easy access to parking places near houses, 3 parking lots by each house. Each house must have: * 3 rooms and possibility to add more * 3 bathrooms (1 in the suite + one shared between 2 rooms + 1 for guest) * laundry area * small hot tube near the suite. * Kitchen must be half open to the dining room and half not directly visible with the dishwasher hidden Construction will be done with steal and wood. Exterior: wood panel & interior: cement board, asphalt roof, Insulation of mineral wool or expanded polystyrene. 1 septic tank per house & 1 water tank shared for all houses MINIMUM ground movement in general (this must be extremely optimized as it’s so expensive it compromises the whole project). The houses should rather be mounted over piles in the mountain (I Attach reference pictures).
