Binance & Gate.io Cryptocurrency Script modification

i'm using a github project which is monitoring binance api for announcement of new coins then it immediatly places a buy order (on [login to view URL]) when a new coin is announced. i need to make the following changes: 1) When it detects new coin, don't buy, but instead record the (highest price) reached for two minutes after the detection time. 2) Wait for price to go below the (highest price). 2) When price goes back to being equal or greater than the recorded (highest price) then place a buy order.
