Once you have an agreed understanding of the purpose and objectives of the meeting we do a Meeting Agenda with associated documentation and send it to him for approval 5. Based on his reply - we either produce the final agenda or make additional edits and negotiate these with him 6. At this point ALL PARTIES have agreed : WHY the meeting is being held; WHAT the objectives are; WHAT the meeting process is and HOW any additional issues or concerns can be addressed.
