PC emulator of AVR based rs232 I/O Card

I need PC emulator of AVR based I/O Card. In other words I need software based solution that will run instead physical I/O card. The program should be written in Visual C as console app and use this project [url removed, login to view] to connect to main application. I have decompiled C code of AVR chip which I attached in this project. I will build on this solution so I need also source code. The PORTB of avr chip should be global defined as 1 BYTE as I will manipulate with those bites. Also chip is62c1024al (see attached image) memory needs to be global defined as char (byte) array of 128 bytes as I will save it on hard-drive. All other input/output are not importing. The real AVR (Atmega 128 ) based I/O card is connected by serial port (RS-232) to PC running host application. Main delivery should be console app that will run together with host application using com0com project. I have no possibilities to send you host application, but I can set up computer on team-viewer for debugging possibilities.
