we need an engineer, that should be from engineering background for the below accountability :
1. Act as primary point of contact for all incoming technical & customer support inquiries relating to gas & flame detectors.
2. Perform unit calibration for specific gases.
3. Run temperature compensation routines for certain detectors.
4. Perform re-programming of firmware.
5. Provide customer support on technical issues over the phone or via email.
6. Trouble-shoot returned units from customers in the field & identify the problem to be resolved.
7. Travel to key customers & regional offices to undertake product installation, support, & training. Develops customer relationship & understands customer needs.
8. Work with Sales & Engineering team to resolve customer issues. Report directly to our management on issues & problem-solving results.
9. Perform pre-shipment testing & package products for delivery.
10. Participate in local & regional trade show according to the marketing program.
i have more than 5 years experience in embedded field and pcb design with eagle and altium software .
