Unity Buildings Manager / Floor Planner

Buildings manager / Floor planner with 3d & 2d navigation. 3d Building manager for desktop and mobile with 3d and 2d navigation and editor. The main function is to help managing equipment inside a building, and keep track of maintenance actions. Is has to be done in Unity 3d with c# code and NGUI for UI is preferred. It must look like a game, with a simple interface and the navigation must be done in 3d with a rts like camera that have a top view to act like 2d view. The floor planner have to be intuitive, users must be able to create shapes rooms easily with a poly-line editor or shape detection system. Users must be able to import a picture from camera and use it as raster image to help drawing the floor. The floors are composed rooms represented by 2d poly-line converted to 3d mesh with walls, and a nice tron like wireframes. Rooms / Shapes must be draggable, have a nice collision, snap to grid and magnet to other shapes like others floor planners. The floor may also contain openings ( doors ) that connect two rooms. The rooms may contain equipment like computer , fire extinguisher etc… and must be also easly placed in the floor by drag and drop and snap. Equipment have editable properties and users can do maintenance actions on them like Repair, Verify etc….
