Clad product stand with Photoshop or similar

Hi We are need of a couple of graphics, basically the attached images of a product stand from different angles but with a different set of products on the shelves and different graphic covering. The should be provided on a transparent background so please ignore the background in the examples attached. I have many images of a blank (white) stand full of the products at different angles (See attached one from the first brand as way of an example, and how that related to the final graphics). The blank stand images can be used however you wish. You may want to create the stand yourself in 3D Max, Illustrator and or Photoshop or use Photoshop to take images that we provide, of the new products, stock images for the side and logos etc to clad the existing images. The key is that they look good at the end, and they are is in the attached example, well shadowed and realistically finished. I have the original 3D Max files for the attached graphic and PSD version which has 'some' layered structure, including back to the white 3D structure that can be used. Whichever suit you best. I see this as a fairly quick project for someone whose proficient with the above software, so please don't bid $100+ We are looking for someone start asap, as the 2 graphics need to be completed before the weekend.
