Create an EMA that automatically changes in lengths in PINE SCRIPT / TRADINGVIEW

Create an EMA that begins at length 1 on market open and +1 length is added for every 1min candle created. The EMA should look like the following: At 9:30 - EMA = 1 At 9:31 - EMA = 2 At 9:32 - EMA = 3 Etc and so on. I need this ema to continue adding +1 Length per minute until the end of day 16:00 The EMA should re-set at the begining of each day. WILLING TO OFFER $50 FOR WHO CAN CREATE THIS.
