Affiliate Program

I want to set up an affiliate program, whereby affiliates will receive a commission for sales resulting from a click-through on a link on their site. This program should include: a bar on our left-hand tool bar that would-be affiliates click on to join the affiliate program; a page where affiliates sign up to join the program, generating an email to them and us with their affiliate number and link code to put on their site; an admin page that lists affiliates; and an admin page that lists affiliate sales. When an affiliate sale is recorded, a special email should be sent to us notifying us of the affiliate sale. Ideally, there should be a page where affiliates can go to track their sales, but this is not mandatory. This affiliate program should be cookies based. It MUST work with customers using all major Web browsers (including IE and Netscape) for all major operating systems (including Windows and Macintosh). For example, we should be able to post an affiliate link on your site, and I should be able to click on it and order something from our site using a Macintosh computer with Netscape, and it should be recorded as an affiliate sale and I should be so alerted. This is a Cold Fusion site. If you can complete this project for $300 or less in a reasonable amount of time, please bid. If not, alternatively, we are considering purchasing pre-existing affiliate management software that consists of unencrypted Cold Fusion source code. If you prefer, bid on how much you would charge to implement and customize this software for our site (font matching, etc...). Please specify what you are bidding on doing (entire program or implementing software purchased by us), including whether you have CF code that you have used successfully in setting up affiliate programs in the recent past that you can essentially plug-and-play. If you want to specify a happy past customer with a similar affiliate program that you set up, all the better.
