SEO optimize for a list of keywords. Experienced people only

I have a dating/social network website that I'm looking to get listed high for some search terms. The terms I'm going for are NOT competitive. There are 18 keyword phrases that I want. They are not competitive. Meaning I can most likely make a craigslist post, ebay post or backpage post and be in the top 18 for the terms. So people are not really bidding or trying to get listed for them. To prove it, here is the actual google keyword tools with the words I want: The columns are competition, global monthly searches, and estimated avg cpc. You can do articles, link exchanges, videos, etc. But I want to be listed in the top 5 positions for each. My site dominates the market for the keywords, and my site is a PR3. I also have a blog that's listed well so I can create new articles etc. No black hat stuff. I need this to be legit. Must see examples you have done, with references. The keywords will only be given out to people who have experience, good feedback and references. If this goes well, this can turn into a long term deal. So what I need from you.
