Let's Build Adsense / Affiliate Website Earning $500/Month

Thanks for looking and your interest. Please read carefully… I am looking for a partner(s) to help me build a profitable adsense / affiliate or similar websites. My goal is to have several websites that can make at least $500 each month. This project is for the first site After we reach that amount, I plan to flip/sell it on auction site. We should be able to sell if for at least 10 times of the monthly earning. Profit sharing is 50-50. So your estimated earning is around $2.5k per website plus adsense and affiliate earnings. If I decide to keep a website, I will pay you 10 times the monthly earnings. I'll provide domain and hosting. I will also undertake link-building, site-promotion expenses initially for one to two months – to get site started. This will be done using the services of a freelancer. Additional promotion will be discussed / provided as needed. If you have experience doing this, please let me know. You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. I will leave the choice of the CMS (drupal, wordpress etc) with you. (Drupal is my preferred option.) If you are unable to do portions of this, please specify in PM. We will discuss the choice of the website content. This choice should based on keyword and business analysis / planning. I am open to your suggestions. My target is to have several websites. And you can expect a steady income by doing this. If this works out well, this will be an on-going project. Note: I am open to all ideas and suggestions. So feel free to send me your suggestions. I am open to working with more than one partner. Ebooks that we can sell on Clickbank and other sites are welcome. If you have any questions, please ask. Requirements / Rules: 1. You will get paid only after website starts earning money. This is a profit-sharing, partnership project. We will regularly review income together and split profits. 2. Do not violent adsense & PayPal TOC. Everything must be 100% legal and all copyrights and ownership belong to me.
