Update Company Proposal

Our company has been providing HOA Reserve Fund Studies in addition to the other inspection services. We have recently legally incorporated a new business name, logo, web site, etc. to provide a more professional image for the reserve study services. We now have a number of documents that require revisions and a second opinion/advice. The first document is our proposal that we send to the potential client that describes our company, the process, options and pricing. Please see the attached proposal that needs to be redone and the “content?? we have provided to another RAC member for our new web site. (Logo also done on RAC earlier this year) I would expect only those individuals that have experience and excellent English writing skills to bid. I will be away from the office for the next week but will check back (depending on Hot Spots) from time to time. Thank you for your consideration. ## Deliverables 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
