CV made professional with accompanying notes

I need a basic CV updated by someone who is an expert in making a CV. The CV must show the person in the absolute best possible manner and have a great format. I want is sent back in word format, not PDF. In 8 hours maximum. I am an expert in CV writing so please don't apply if you are not an expert also. I need a great job done. I only require this job done by someone else to save me time. I will pay 30GBP max for the task and no more. That is it. I want a great job done within 8 hours and you will have opportunity for more jobs. The CV will be sent back within 8 hours in a great professional condition and you will be paid. Please also share notes you made while updating this CV and explain briefly why you made the changes, this is basically just bullet points of your thought process while doing the job. The file I need updating is attached to this post, so please don't ask me to send it again, unless of course, it is not available for some technical reason. Don't ask me for any details about the CV, use the details in it. E.g. don't ask where the job was, the new format will have the same generic details e.g studied at Company at Location. Leave it as generic as it already is. Don't bid if you don't completely understand the job already.
