i need some expert in webdevelopment who can create courses on webdevelopment softwares like html , css , javascript and php. any one course can do the work the course should be structured for beginners and a transcript file along with an screen recorded webdevelopment course is needed, it should be segregrated into many modules and submodules but should be able to speak in tamil efficiently .. our main objective of this course is to teach tech for people who doesnt speak english and only understand regional language tamil.
