PSD to HTML with jQuery (Content Slider, Drop Down, Hovers, etc..) + Pixel Perfect.

Hi, I need a professional person that is available during my Eastern Standard Time (-5 EST) to do a one (1) page coding from PSD to HTML/CSS. It must be HTML Static 1.0 and CSS 2. It must be done pixel perfect and fully browser compliant (We can forget about IE6 or IE5, but must work on IE7, IE8, IE9 and IE10). It has a few rollovers which need to be CSS only, NO IMAGES. It also has a jQuery slider for the very top with picture + content. You must be able to do this within 2 - 3 days. In this case, by Monday if possible. You must have a good eye for details and keep it exactly like the PSD provided or any signs of NOT following by PSD guidelines, project will be cancelled. YOU MUST PROVIDE ME WITH UPDATES, VISUALLY, SHOWING ME YOUR CODE EACH AND EVERY DAY. I've got many many projects very similar per month, so if you do a good job on this one I might need you on the next few coming in a few weeks time. Please show me your past portfolio of websites you've coded in HTML/CSS. Confirm you read everything with KWD. I'm looking for CSS and HTML cleanest code, no template garbage. This must be coded from scratch without the use of pop-in elements. I will cancel and award the project to someone else if I see this in your work.
