Fixes and styling for two Joomla modules

** Please only bid if you're able to start immediately ** I'm building a Joomla 3.4.5 site with a Bootstrap 3 template but I now need some help to get everything completed on time. Initially I have 2 immediate requirements. After these are completed I will then need assistance with responsive layouts and cross-browser/cross-device testing but will post this as a separate project. The requirements for this project are 1) CMC MailChimp subscription form Form field validation errors aren't displaying via AJAX in the form itself, they are appearing in the system messages container of my site template 2) Aikon Easy Form Builder I need 3 separate email enquiry forms on the site. Two of those forms have already been setup and are working but the 3rd form needs styling to match the artwork which has been designed and approved by the client. This is slightly complicated by the fact that the form fields need to be displayed in a specific order and in two columns (the other forms already setup and working are in a single column) Please submit an initial bid and I can send a link to the site and allow you to amend your bid (if necessary), before I award the project.
