Hi, my name is Joe. In the attachment for the example given, does the values of column side correspond to the 'Communication Skill','Training Skill' etc ? Likewise, does the values of the row side contains the grades 'Very Good', 'Good' etc ? What does the shorter rectangle to left of the long rectangle represent? Last but not least, does it mean when you clicked on the blue 'get' button , the table like the one in the example will be generated ? Thanks.
