Micromex Research is a market research company based on the Central Coast, NSW. We have been contracted to survey a sample of visitors attending All Energy Australia. Job Title: Casual Market Researcher Description: You will be required to take face-to-face exit surveys at an exhibition Experience/Skills required: We are looking for well groomed, well-spoken and very reliable people with either: face-to-face research, phone survey, or customer service experience. (You will be required to wear office-wear, i.e. pants/skirt and a collared shirt, along with suitable but comfortable shoes) Dates/Hours: The exhibitions will be held on the 4th and 5th of October (Tuesday & Wednesday). You will be required to work approx 4-5 hours per day. Location: Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre Rate of pay: $25.93 per hour. We let our clients hire agents from us for only $7/hour per agent with neutral accent (you will paying 2 agents for price of one American agent) Clients will be given an Account Manager that will ensure the success of the campaign and comply with certain KPI's set by you, at the same time you will have your own Quality Assurance Specialist that will ensure the quality of the service our agent provide to your prospects or customers. We will as well provide you access to our own pipeline which you will have a capacity to listen to the live calls of your agents from your end and monitor their time work to make sure that you are paying the hours suppose you will pay. We are very transparent when it comes to work and we pride ourselves being in the industry for almost 7 years. Our Telemarketing office operates 24x7 including holidays, so we are very confident that whenever you have customer that needs assistance we will be able to cater them.
