Needs to hire 2 Freelancers, one from around GMT/UTC -2, one from around GMT/UTC +9. What I need the freelancer to do: I am looking for someone 100 percent fluent in English (additional languages can be a plus), to act as a customer support agent via a text livechat. Goal is to give answers to visitors asking us some questions via our live chat. - Key skills needed to do the job well: You need to be a good english writer (if you are fluent in other languages this can be a plus!) You need to be available and connected for this job from Monday to Friday during European work hours (based on GMT+2) from 8:30am to 6:30pm. When someone want to chat, you need to answer quickly. You'll need to understand our service and the service we provide in order to answer to people. But we'll help you on that and it's simple to understand. :) - What I think a successful engagement will look like for me as a client: Making sure you are professional in your behavior and in your answers. Making sure you don't make any mistakes in English is important to us (really small mistakes are OK). Making sure your answers are always funny and positives is also very important to us. I've over 7 years of experience in customer service field that also includes chatting with multiple clients in the US through clients like LogMeIN and LiveChat. I'm very proficient at replying promptly with a 117 words per minute typing speed at my arsenal. Being tech savvy, multitasking is a breeze as I can chat with around 6-10 people at the same time without a lag in response times. Notably, I've worked in chat projects for AT&T ConnecTech and AT&T Home Solutions. Nevertheless, my experience goes way past than that as I've about 8 years experience in customer service field and article writing respectively.
