[URGENT] Write an academic business plan research paper. (Starting a software company)

Please read the attached documents before bidding. What I want is an academic research paper based on the criteria defined therein. You are to write a business plan concept with the topic being "starting a software company"; and to do this you'll need to come up with an idea in the same field. You can think of anything like an android application, desktop application or website. Just make sure it's feasible (something similar is already out there).

I would pick a software that's in high demand and very common right now and introduce new features to it so you can easily differentiate it from the existing ones.

So for example, you have an idea about an android application that sends MMS messages on the SMS protocol. What it does is encode the binary data to base64, sends the data over SMS as text with a length indicator so the other side knows when it has the full data and can begin to decode the base64 data back to its binary form. You'd then compare your implementation with other existing messaging applications that require MMS and data plan to achieve the same goal in the business concept paper. That's just a simple basic idea, you can use that or come up with something similar.

The assignment has two parts, the first one is a brief description of what you'll cover in the paper.
