Data Entry Clerk III

We are seeking a dedicated, organized data entry clerk to join our growing organization. We want that person to be willing to learn and grow with us for the next few years. In this position, you will quickly and accurately transfer data from a variety of sources, including written and recorded reports. You must be able to correct existing data, update and develop new and existing databases. You will work heavily with Quick Books financial software and our project management software. Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available Correct and modify inaccurate files and records Enter data into appropriate fields; databases, records, and files Transfer data from written records, interviews, and paper formats via computer, recorders, or scanners Handle numerical data accurately Create and organizing spreadsheets Update database or records with new information as it becomes available Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly Summarizing and compiling data for standardized reports View and verifying confidential or private customer/client information; protect the information and identities of customers/client Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed Receive invoices from subcontractors/suppliers/vendors and receive approval from Project Managers and Director of Construction prior to uploading into Quick Books. Assist in preparation of construction invoices to Customer as required by project contract. Maintain log of active subcontractor agreements and all necessary documentation (including but not limited to Subcontractor Agreements, Change Orders, etc.)
