A company that works with European countries in connection with the growth of business and access to new markets requires an employee with the knowledge of English to the position of Manager for work with partners. The main task: communication with European partners online. I have close to 20 years experience both in product development and procurement roles which involved negotiations on various levels. I have spent the last 15 years in procurement, working for Ford in Germany. This involved negotiations with different stakeholders on suppliers sides but also internally from executive level down to working level. With this experience I founded my company in 2009 working with different businesses to improve their procurement. As part of this I also conduct trainings in negotiation skills. My business is located in Australia and I am able to work European times as well as the Australian time. In 2016 I helped a business in Australia to launch a project in Europe selling IT Trainings to European customers. This involved direct sales, closing and monitoring deals and working with an existing client base. As I have mentioned I can work almost 24 hrs and be available when required, I understand negotiations from both ends and I have worked in Europe before.
