Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
With over 20 years administrative experience, I have a clear complete understanding of the needs of this project.
In addition, I have first class administration skills and experience in many different roles including maintaining workflow, implementing budgetary procedures and cost reductions as well. I have maintained this secretarial/administrative role in a number of capacities for a number of organisations. I have also created systems and procedures for a number of organisations which were then maintained throughout.
I have al;;so had responsibility of developing and maintaining administrative staff and educational procedures as well.
Therefore I believe I have all the necessary skills, qualifications abilities and experience to fulfil the requirements of this role.
I have more than 10 years experience in Database Administration, development, etc., Implemented changes based on requirement. Analyzed data, Identified Data issues like RI, etc., and implemented solutions for issues. Worked with team as friendly environment. I have worked with UHG (Fortune 20 company) recently.
