Data Cleaning, Mapping and Migration

Project 1) Assist a nonprofit organization in San Antonio to plan for and clean and migrate about 2500 data records currently in about 20 excel spreadsheets to a cloud based donor management system working with the guidelines from the vendor. Work with volunteers who maintain spreadsheets. Assist with any customization that needs to take place before the system is implemented. We will be working on this project in the September/October timeframe. Prefer local person or Austin-based person but would consider others. Project 2) Administer donor management Cloud System for the non-profit on a part-time basis, under the direction of the volunteer Database Chairman, including: Being trained on the system and being knowledgeable on all system requirements, manuals, video training, webinars of the vendor. Must be in San Antonio. Setting permissions as directed by the Database Chair Entering donation and donor information and creating appropriate letters or emails for President's signature on weekly basis, as needed Error-checking data records on a schedule Customizing fields and reports Creating requested queries Going to volunteer workers' homes to assist them in using the system Conducting one-on-one training on how to use the system to obtain lists and create mail merge letters, labels, etc. Advising members of training opportunities online Interfacing with the vendor to get recent updates and inform volunteers Assist with production of larger output letters/documents (six or eight a year) Availability by phone to answer questions or solve problems regarding use of the system
